Dr. Edward T. Jennings, Jr. is Director of and Professor in the Martin School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Kentucky. He is a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration. He received the Charles H. Levine Award for Excellence in Public Administration in 2004 from the American Society for Public Administration and the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration. The Policy Studies organization presented him the 1998 Jeffrey Pressman Award for the best article in the Policy Studies Review. He is past-president of the American Society for Public Administration. He is a specialist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of pubic policy. He received B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of New Orleans and Ph.D. in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
